I have bought and sold a few homes with Bryan for our family and investments. As a listing agent and a buying agent he offers very solid advice, financial expertise and is very good steering one away from bad deals. His business background and straightforward manner are rare traits in a realtor.

In intertviewing realtors he had the highest suggested list price. Although that changed when list time came (to the others proposed price) he represented himself professionally and brought in his own stager and took all pix in less than a day at *no additional charge*. Although he was not local he had sold and represented a builder in the neighborhood. He made himself available (regardless to travel) to our schedule. We got and accepted an offer (after 1 counter) from 4 days on the market. Bryan took care of everything and represented us at closing since we were unable to attend. Do your homework and don't be afraid to ask questions, Bryan can handle and simplify them.
